The Daily Bread Food Bank

Daily Bread Food Bank is a non-profit, charitable organization that is fighting to end hunger in our communities. Daily Bread serves people through neighbourhood food banks and meal programs in its 171 member agencies. Daily Bread Food Bank fights hunger by providing food and resources for hungry people; mobilizing greater community support and creating social change through research, education and advocacy.

North York Harvest Food Bank

North York Harvest is the primary food bank for northern Toronto. An independent, non-profit organization, we collect, sort and distribute over 1 million pounds of food annually to a network of 60 community programs. Located throughout our catchment area, these programs include conventional food banks, prenatal and early parenting programs, drop-in centres and shelters, and meal and snack programs. Our member agencies include social service agencies, community health centres, faith-based institutions, and volunteer-run organizations.

The Mississauga Food Bank

We are the largest food bank and food distribution program in Mississauga, Ontario supporting over 12,000 clients each month. The Mississauga Food Bank sources, warehouses, and distributes food valued at over $6 million per year. Food is sourced through corporate and individual donations, sponsorships, and through our collaborative membership with the Ontario Association of Food Banks and Food Banks Canada.

Ottawa Food Bank

The Ottawa Food Bank acts as a food bank on behalf of those service agencies in the National Capital Region distributing food directly to the needy by arranging for, collecting, processing, storing and distributing to such service agencies the food they need of an appropriate quality, quantity and variety and in an equitable, timely and cost-effective way.
